Our crawfish is sourced from a veteran-owned seafood warehouse in Houston that guarantees the freshest and most flavorful crawfish straight from Louisiana every weekend.

Anthony

Anthony made his mark in the industry in 2015 when he moved to Houston in 2015 to work for Camp Ozark after graduating from LSU. He launched his award-winning luxury wedding cake studio and bakery concept, Wedding Cakes by Lane & Simple while working for Camp Ozark. By utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and his gift for digital design and branding, Anthony was able to reach a wider audience and showcase his delicious creations. This launch strategy helped him to build a strong following and reputation in the industry.

By 2019, Anthony was competing and winning against top local chefs in the savory side of the culinary scene. His mind for branding, sales skills,  people skills, hospitality, service, and creativity in the kitchen caught the attention of Food & Beverage Magazine, which featured him on the cover of their April 2021 issue, recognizing him as a young rising chef to watch that is paving the way for the younger generation that is rising in the Food and Beverage industry and beyond.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Anthony's love for food is deeply rooted in his heritage. He brings his unique blend of Cajun and Creole flavors to just about anything he makes. He truly believes in the power of food to bring people together, especially a community meal like crawfish. With Anthony's skills, he plans to continue bringing concepts like Simply Boiled to food-loving people like himself.
