By utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and his gift for digital marketing, Anthony was able to reach a wider audience and showcase his delicious creations. This launch strategy helped him to build a strong following and reputation in the industry.

    By 2019, Anthony was competing and winning against top local chefs in the savory side of the culinary scene. His marketing expertise, sales skills, people skills, and creativity in the kitchen caught the attention of Food & Beverage Magazine, which featured him on the cover of their April 2021 issue, recognizing him as a young rising chef paving the way for the younger generation that is rising in the Food and Beverage industry.

    Cooper is a Houston native and Stratford High School graduate with a background in sales for two small businesses. He is the founder of King's Camp, where he was mentored by Anthony Lane in the nuances of business and sales. With his experience in sales and passion for crawfish, Cooper is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience and bringing the taste of the bayou to your doorstep. Cooper is currently in his undergrad at Rice University

    Jacques was born and raised in Houston. He is a graduate of Memorial High School and is currently in his undergrad at Southern Methodist University. Jacques’ family is from Baton Rouge and comes from a long line of experienced crawfish boilers. He knows the importance of a successful boil and is excited to bring Simply Boiled to Dallas
